Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part of Arcade Cyber Arena LLC’s Terms of Use and apply to all users or guests using our services. When you book online or by phone with Arcade Cyber Arena LLC, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making a reservation. Once a reservation is made, you are bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.
Packages
Arcade Cyber Arena LLC offers various gaming packages and memberships. Prices and package contents are subject to change at Arcade Cyber Arena LLC’s discretion at any time; all such changes will be reflected on our website, arcadecyberarena.com.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the gaming session. Arcade Cyber Arena LLC accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. If a card is declined, we will require the customer to provide an alternative payment method. Collection processes will begin 48 hours after a credit card is declined.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers are advised to manage their bookings responsibly. Arcade Cyber Arena LLC will not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal property or to the location of service. Ensure that your gaming session is conducted in a lawful and safe area; if you have concerns, please communicate them to our staff. We reserve the right to require credit or debit card details to secure bookings. We may alter or move a booking due to staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failures.
Late Cancelation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking without penalty if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 2 hours of the appointment time, a deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Satisfaction Policy
If the service provided does not meet the expectations set by the purchased package, or if there is evidence of poor service quality, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (786-894-7722), email (arcadecyberarenallc@gmail.com), or text message (786-894-7722). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (arcadecyberarenallc@gmail.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Appointment Time
Please allow a 30 minute window for appointment start times due to potential delays. Arcade Cyber Arena LLC will make every effort to inform you of any delays.
Coupon & Refferal Policy
From time to time, Arcade Cyber Arena LLC may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Arcade Cyber Arena LLC services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Arcade Cyber Arena LLC (“Referral Link”) with your friends. Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible. To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Arcade Cyber Arena LLC and use your Referral Link to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:
- self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
- referring anyone who is an existing Arcade Cyber Arena LLC customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
- using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
- posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
- permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
- referring fake people to Arcade Cyber Arena LLC, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Arcade Cyber Arena LLC with false or misleading information;
- using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Arcade Cyber Arena LLC in a negative light; or
- referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
- If Arcade Cyber Arena LLC determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Arcade Cyber Arena LLC reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Arcade Cyber Arena LLC reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
